Road Maintenance – Blackstone, Holland Park West, Hemmant, Bald Hills & Wellington Point
UPCOMING ROAD MAINTENANCE WORKS
The Department of Transport and Main Roads would like to advise road maintenance works will be undertaken for one night at each location from the week commencing 17 November 2024, weather and construction conditions permitting.
- Inbound on the Cunningham Highway between the Redbank Plains exit ramp and the Redbank Plains Road overpass, Blackstone and Swanbank
- Inbound on the Pacific Motorway, Upper Mount Gravatt between the Tora Street overpass and Gaza Road underpass, Holland Park West
- Outbound on the Port of Brisbane Motorway between Hemmant Tingalpa Road overpass and the Lindum Road overpass, Hemmant
- Outbound on Gympie Arterial Road between Strathpine Road and the Gateway Motorway overpass, Bald Hills
- Birkdale Road between Makaha Drive, Birkdale and Main Road, Wellington Point
To help minimise disruptions to the road network, works will be carried out at night from 7pm to 5am, Sunday to Friday.
Temporary traffic changes include road shoulder and lane closures, roadworks speed limit reductions and short-term traffic disruptions. Please allow extra time when planning your travel and follow the directions of roadside signage and traffic controllers. Nearby residents and businesses can expect some increased noise, dust and odour.
