Night works at Ann Street, Brisbane City

UrbanUtilities delivery partner, Diona, and their subcontractors, will soon be performing investigative works including potholing, surveying and geotechnical investigations in your local area. These activities will be carried out at night along:

Ann Street, between Queen Street and Albert Street, Brisbane City from Sunday 1 September 2024, between 6pm and 6am, Sunday to Thursday for up to six weeks’ duration (subject to site and weather conditions).

What to expect:

Night works
Reversing beepers, safety lighting, crew, trucks and equipment on the footpath and road. Safety barriers will be in place to keep everyone safe.

Noise and Dust
Residents and businesses may experience increased of noise and dust due to construction activities and increased vehicle movements. We will minimise these where we can.

Changed traffic conditions
Changed traffic conditions including lane closures will be in place. Traffic controllers will be on-site to look after the safety of road users and pedestrians.

Restorations
We will restore any disturbed area on completion of works as close as reasonably possible to the pre-existing conditions.
